A small-batch, handcrafted gin conceived and formulated on Plymouth’s historic Barbican. Distilled in small 30 litre batches in a traditional copper still using a unique recipe. 

Main botanicals of milk thistle providing earthy notes and fennel seeds providing a strong smooth finish, this is a classic gin that should not be over-complicated.

In 2018, Barbican Botanics Gin was awarded a Bronze Award at the prestigious IWSC awards and was shortlisted by the Gin Guide Awards. Serve with a good quality Indian Tonic and drop in a slice of lemon for a classic G&T.
