By all accounts, this is an Irish delicacy – but it is just as popular in the UK. An open-topped pie made with spud, mature cheddar cheese, onion and a little garlic and a few herbs. Topped with mature West Country cheddar cheese, it’s delicious and one of our biggest selling pies.
Potato (40%), onion (20%), Davidstow Cheddar cheese (MILK) (16%) fortified WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, vegetable shortening, (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), butter (MILK), salt, garlic powder, vegetable bouillon (maltodextrin, salt, potato starch, yeast extract, sugar, onion, parsnip, sunflower oil, spices, herbs), black pepper.
