Etherington’s traditional steak pasties are handmade daily by their team of ‘Crimpetts’ at their bakery in the heart of Cornwall.
Made to a secret recipe that dates back nearly 100 years, each pasty is made using only the finest Etherington’s prime selected beef, alongside locally sourced vegetables in our traditional Cornish pasties, where possible.
Available in a medium 350g and a large 500g pasty, they are peppery and very delicious.
Ingredients: Beef Skirt 12.5%, Fats, Water, Potato, Onion, Swede, WHEAT flour, Salt, Pepper

Cooking Instructions preheat oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 6/ 400F place frozen pasty on baking parchment on a tray, glaze with milk. Cook for 30 mins then reduce oven to 180C and cook for a further 30 minutes
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen, glaze with milk or egg, 30 minutes at 200c/Gas Mark 6, then reduce oven to 180c/Gas Mark 4 and cook for a further 30 minutes. Total cooking time from frozen 60 minutes.
Cooking time may vary between domestic ovens, so please ensure the pasty is fully cooked before eating, if you have a temperature probe a minimum core temperature of 82c must be achieved.
