Baking Instructions:
Just add: 100g (1/2 cup) of water 75g of vegetable oil/vegetable spread or melted unsalted butter 20g (1 tbsp) of agave/maple syrup or honey Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tin with baking paper (e.g. 22cm square tin or 27cm round) and grease with butter or vegetable oil. In a large bowl, whisk the butter (or vegetable oil), water and your liquid sweetener. Add your brownie mix to the wet mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 14-16 mins. Tip: take out at 14 minutes for fudgy brownies. Once ready, cool on a wire rack, cut into 12 pieces and enjoy! One pack makes 15 brownies.
