Ordering, Payment & Delivery


Christmas 2018 Deliveries our last delivery day before Christmas will be Friday 21st December, please place your orders on our website by Wednesday 19th December for delivery on the 21st.

Please note: We only deliver our free range eggs, savouries etc to Plymouth, Ivybridge, Saltash and surrounding villages. Our Dog food brand Kita's Kitchen can be ordered for nationwide delivery and your order will be sent via DPD, please select nationwide delivery in the checkout.
We currently deliver by our own vans to Plymouth, Ivybridge and Saltash. Our minimum order for free delivery to Plymouth, Ivybridge & Saltash is just £10. 

Ordering

When ordering on our website you can select your delivery day, we deliver in Plymouth every Monday, Thursday & Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders that include fresh meat, deli items and cooked savouries need to be placed by lunchtime Wednesdays for delivery on Thursday & Friday.


Payment

Our website accepts all major credit cards online and offers 14 days to pay, subject to a 'soft' credit check, you can also pay by faster payments direct from your bank to ours. Your payment is 100% secure, using 128 bit ssl security. Payment must be made before delivery, our drivers do not carry cash or cheques.

You can cancel an order anytime before your dispatch email is sent and you will be refunded in full.


Delivery

All deliveries are made by our own van, we can deliver to your home or workplace. On the day of dispatch we will give you a two hour time slot for your delivery, so you can plan your day.

If you will not be in on the day of delivery, please leave instructions where to leave your order, or if your order contains chilled or frozen products, a neighbour who will take in your delivery. You can leave this information in the checkout process.

Shortages & Returns

Please notify us of any shortages in your delivery within 48 hours, this can be done by phone 01752 565050 or email hello@westcountryproduce.co.uk 

Because our items are baked or sliced to order and have a short shelf life, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind after delivery, however if you are unhappy with a product, then please let us know within 14 days and we will refund or replace that product.
