Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Please note: Our frozen products are only available for delivery in Plymouth, Ivybridge & Saltash and we do not accept returns of chilled or frozen food products.

We do not send frozen or chilled products via courier

We currently deliver by our own vans to Plymouth, Ivybridge, Saltash, Liskeard, Callington, Tavistock and the surrounding areas. Our minimum order for free delivery to Plymouth, Ivybridge & Saltash is just £30

We offer nationwide delivery of our beers, ciders, wines & spirits through our delivery partners Parcel Force.and Royal Mail, free delivery on orders over £100


We deliver Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), we aim to deliver within 48 hours of ordering. Nationwide deliveries will be dispatched for delivery within 48 hours, we are unable to deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

When ordering alcohol you will need to confirm you are over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol, please be aware that someone over the age of 18 will also need to be at home to receive the delivery, we operate Challenge 25 and anyone who appears to be under that age will need to provide proof of age, if proof of age is not verified or the person is not 18 years of age, the alcohol content of your order will not be delivered and you will receive a refund back to your card.


Our website accepts all major credit cards online. Your payment is 100% secure, using 128 bit ssl security.


Our deliveries are made by our own vans in our local area or our delivery partners Parcel Force or Royal Mail for UK wide deliveries

If you will not be in on the day of delivery, please leave instructions where to leave your order, or if your order contains alcohol or frozen products ( frozen products can only be delivered in our local area by our vans), a neighbour who will take in your delivery, if your order contains alcohol the person receiving the order will need to be 18 or over, we operate Challenge 25.  You can leave this information in the checkout process.

Refunds, Shortages, Damages & Returns

We do not accept returns of our chilled or frozen products, perishable goods are not covered by Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK. We only deliver by our own vans and we will check the product is not damaged before delivery.

For non perishable foods and alcohol please notify us of any shortages or damages in your delivery within 48 hours, this can be done by phone 03330 905 163 or email hello@westcountryproduce.co.uk. Please supply photographic evidence for damaged goods.
