Our Story

We are a small family business with a passion for great West Country Food.

Back in March 2015 we started delivering the very best award winning free range chicken and duck eggs to our customers in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, then a few months later we started to add products from other local producers in our area and then started making our delicious Scotch Eggs, Egg and Bacon Pies with the award winning eggs we sell and because a family member is a coeliac, we added a range of gluten free products from local and national producers.

We work from a kitchen registered with Plymouth City Council, which has been awarded a 5 for food hygiene and we are the only business in Plymouth to make a certified Gluten Free Scotch Egg, under 5ppm.

Last year 2016 we were delighted to win Gold in The Taste of the West Awards for two of our Scotch Eggs,our Traditional Pork and our Hoggy Egg, our first time entering the awards, so we were over the moon with the results.

We stock a small range of products, that come from local producers and farms who excel in what they do and two of them are within 3 miles of us, so certainly keeping food miles to the minimum.
