St. Ives Gin Bottling Note

A blend of 13 botanicals gathered from the Cornish coastline, cottage gardens and clifftops create Cornwall's first small-batch cold compound gin. The beautiful pastel image of the local area on the bottle demonstrates the passion the brothers behind St. Ives Gin have for Cornwall and the inspiration worked well, because this a quite delicious gin.

Tasting Note 

Nose: Among smooth vanilla and tart orange peel there's aromatic touches of basil and cardamom and a clean, fresh sea breeze.

Palate: Sweet vanilla and menthol thyme help to temper the smoky Cornish seaweed so it doesn't overpower. Pink peppercorns and liquorice bring warming spice.

Finish: Lingering citrus elements and a pinch of coriander
