Enjoy a little bit of Cornish sunshine in every glass with this celebration of the great British strawberry. Tarquin's Cornish gin is first distilled in small batches, with the addition of fresh lime zest, then post distillation they lovingly infuse it with the sweetest strawberries in season.

With notes of wild strawberry, fresh juniper and cracked black pepper, this gin smacks of zesty lime, orange blossom and warm spice. The finish is smooth and sweet with notes of strawberry jam, sweet marmalade and soft pine.

For an ideal serve, fill a large Copa glass with ice and a generous slosh of a high-quality Elderflower tonic. Garnish with fresh strawberries and lime wedges for a delightfully summery gin and tonic.
